Background and Commitment

Raised by a fishing guide father and a teacher mother, Jordan developed a passion for problem-solving early on. His love for debate in high school ignited his interest in law, setting him on a path to becoming an attorney. Along the way, he gained diverse experience, working for NASA, clerking for judges in Maryland and Washington, and managing cases for a pro bono organization that supported survivors of domestic violence and assault. These experiences shaped Jordan into a tenacious advocate, ready to take on the complexities of the workers’ compensation system.

Legal Expertise

Jordan is a master of navigating the intricacies of workers’ comp law. He’s especially skilled at cross-examining doctors who deny injured workers the benefits they deserve, ensuring his clients get the justice they’re entitled to. But his commitment to helping others goes far beyond the courtroom.

Recognition and Involvement

Jordan’s dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed. In 2020, he was honored with an APEX award from the Washington State Bar Association, recognizing his professional excellence. He’s also heavily involved in the legal community, serving in leadership roles in the WSBA for eight years. His contributions include chairing the Washington Young Lawyers Committee and the Solo and Small Practice Section, as well as advocating for expanded access to justice and better protections for the public. Jordan’s passion for advancing the legal profession is evident in his efforts to educate lawyers about ethics, technology, and business management.

Montana Roots and Outdoor Adventures

Despite his legal prowess, Jordan’s heart remains in the great outdoors. A true Montanan, he’s an avid fisherman, hunter, skier, and hiker. He’s always up for an adventure, whether it’s exploring a mountain trail or uncovering a hidden gem at a local dive bar.
