Patrick A. Palace
The Trailblazer of Justice
Patrick Palace isn’t just an attorney—he’s a force shaping the future of law. As the founder and owner of Palace Law and Palace Personal Injury Law Group, Patrick has spent over two decades transforming how legal services are delivered, how lawyers innovate, and how clients are served.
Visionary Leadership
Patrick launched Palace Law in 1995 with a mission: to champion workers’ compensation, civil rights, and personal injury clients with tenacity, heart, and cutting-edge strategy. But his ambitions didn’t stop at his own firm. A passionate innovator, Patrick has partnered with legal tech companies to build new tools—like Patbotchat.com, a groundbreaking AI platform offering free guidance to workers’ comp claimants. His leadership has sparked firm growth through six strategic law firm mergers since 2020, expanding Palace Law’s reach and impact.
National Recognition and Service
Patrick’s contributions extend across the legal profession. He is the current President-Elect of the National Conference of Bar Presidents (NCBP) and will serve as President in 2025–2026, helping train and inspire bar leaders nationwide. He has chaired key committees at the ABA Center for Innovation, co-hosted its Innovation Network Podcast, and in 2023, was named an ABA “Legal Rebel”—a rare honor reserved for trailblazers reshaping the practice of law. He was also the president of Washington State bar in the bio from 2013 - 2014.
Patrick’s influence spans boardrooms, podcasts, and national stages. He’s spoken at the Clio Cloud Conference, ABA TechShow, and AVVO Lawyernomics, and has appeared on over 60 legal podcasts, including LawNext, Lawyerist, and Legal Talk Network. His writing is regularly featured in ABA publications, NW Lawyer, and other national outlets.
Beyond the Courtroom
When he’s not practicing law or advancing the profession, Patrick wears many hats: founder of Sunken Cellars Winery, proud father, dedicated yogi, mindfulness advocate, and (self-proclaimed) loud music lover—often to the playful dismay of his three non-rocker kids.
Redefining What’s Possible
Patrick Palace is more than an attorney; he’s a builder, a thinker, and a doer reshaping what legal service can be. Whether guiding clients through stormy legal waters or driving innovation across the profession, Patrick is the kind of leader who doesn’t just follow change—he creates it.
