Shannon Fritz is a Law Clerk at Palace Law, where her dedication to advocating for injured workers shapes her approach to legal practice. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Shannon’s journey has been defined by a strong commitment to both athletics and academics. As a Division I track and field athlete at the University of New Mexico, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, learning firsthand the values of perseverance, accountability, and hard work. These principles continue to guide her as she pursues a career in law.
Shannon’s passion for justice led her to Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington, where she distinguished herself both academically and in service to others. Graduating with Pro Bono Distinction, she earned a Certificate in Civil and Human Rights, underscoring her commitment to community service and the pursuit of equality. Her academic journey also took her abroad, where she participated in Gonzaga’s study abroad program in Florence, Italy, cultivating a deeper understanding of International Human Rights and Privacy Law.
In her final year of law school, Shannon took on an internship at Palace Law as a Rule 9 Licensed Legal Intern, where she gained invaluable hands-on experience in workers' compensation law. This experience solidified her passion for the field and her desire to advocate for those who need it most. After graduating with her J.D. in May 2024, Shannon remains focused on continuing to build her legal expertise and looks forward to becoming a licensed attorney, with a deep commitment to supporting workers who face the challenges of injury and recovery.
Outside of her professional life, Shannon stays connected to her love for sports and community through coaching pole vaulting at a local college, cooking, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. Her passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact in her community is evident in both her legal career and her personal endeavors.
