Meet Emily Russell
Palace Law isn’t just one person, it’s a group of unique individuals with decades of experience who come together as one team to fight for those who have been injured. That means that even if a particular attorney is out of the office our clients know that issues will be handled promptly. And being a team player means working together with you at every step of the process to identify and achieve your goals.
Emily Russell was voted by her peers for embodying Palace Law Core Value: Team Player. 1. What is your role at Palace Law?
I am the new client liaison which means that I am the first person that people talk to when they call Palace Law for help with an injury and I assist all of our new clients in getting familiar with our office once they become clients. Another important part of my job is mail. I process the mail, make it all electronic, then get it to the person who needs it. I also keep track of most of the firm’s analytics so we can stay on top of providing the best customer experience possible using data.
2. Before working at Palace Law, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
I had many interesting jobs while going to school… Probably the most interesting job was my first job. I worked as a maid at the only motel in my hometown, Eatonville. We once had an incident where a bat took up residence in the door of our work closet!
3. What is your favorite part about working for Palace Law?
My favorite part of working for Palace Law is meeting our new clients and seeing the relief they experience as they walk into our office knowing that they are no longer alone and that we are here to help them. It is so rewarding to watch that weight being lifted off of their shoulders.
